Priority Listing Notification
As your Realtors, Lynn and I will search area For Sale by Owner and Multi-Listing Service (MLS) listings daily for homes that have the features, price range, and location(s) you prefer. When homes matching your search criteria come on the market, we will call, email, and/or fax you detailed information and setup an appointment for the homes you wish to view.
Home and Market Reports
Before Lynn and I will create and go over a detailed home and market area reports, which includes:
• Home details - square footage, amenities, lot size, and more.
• Report on area schools
• Neighborhood conveniences and restrictions
• Property taxes
• Average price per square foot of, recently sold, similar homes.
• Average number of days area homes were on the market
• Percentage of area homes, recently sold, that were foreclosures
• Asking price vs. sold price of, recently sold, area homes.
• Percentage of the buyers closing costs paid by the seller
Proven Negotiating Skills:
When it comes to making one of the biggest investments in your life, you need someone with proven negotiating skills. With 120+ homes sold, Lynn and I will be happy to send you a report showing how we have successfully negotiated price reductions, closing costs, repairs, upgrades, home warranties, and more. We have the experience you need in a Realtor®!
Additional Support & Services
In purchasing your home you will require one or more of the following services: financing, appraisal, survey, home inspection, termite inspection, title inspection, closing attorney, moving company, etc. At your request, Lynn and I will provide you with a list of companies which have a history of providing quality customer service and support.
Lynn and I will be their to coordinate and advise you through each step of the purchasing process.
